

Rachel S. Milman, Esq.
Born and raised in Southern California, Mrs. Milman attended elementary, junior high and high school in the Los Angeles Unified School District. Mrs. Milman subsequently attended the University of California, Los Angeles where she was on the Dean's Honors List. She graduated Cum Laude in 2005 with Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science. Mrs. Milman then attended Whittier Law School where she was a member of Law Review and enjoyed the distinction of publishing a case note on the controversial case of Kansas v. Marsh. Mrs. Milman also received several Dean's Merit Scholarships and a CALI Award to recognize her academic excellence. Mrs. Milman obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School in 2008. Member of the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California and COPAA-Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates. Mrs. Milman is also a certified regional center self-determination program independent facilitator.
